Terence has been a business agent for 10 years, specialising in the valuation of companies and stocks/shares and the preparation for sale and the sale and acquisition of larger businesses usually of a technological nature.
He is an accountant, a chartered engineer and a certified practicing valuer. Prior to commencing his own consulting firm, he was CEO of several Australian corporations.
Terry is essentially a numbers person; having studied advanced analytical methods at doctoral level at university.
His current interest is in designing innovative business improvement and business valuation software.
Terry has been published in Australia and internationally on the subject of ‘Value Creating Management’.
His somewhat ‘geekish’ skill-set complements Lee’s torrent of good ideas in that he functions as both a sounding board and a logical filter for them.
Both Lee and Terry share an interest in the relationship between eco-sustainability and the efficient operation of small to medium business enterprises. Their current project is an online sustainability improvement system to help businesses improve their enabling conditions for better environmental sustainability.

They are both passionate about passing on their knowledge to help people buy or sell a business themselves as they have seen, first hand, the consequences of both the positives and negatives during the business acquisition process.
They believe, in most cases the negatives can be avoided if the sellers and buyers have access to good information, education and the tools to help them.
They saw a need in the market to help sellers and buyers do it themselves and developed the BizBuy and BizSale kits to meet that need.
